On the first full day of our trip, we met up with Dawny at her house. If you ask the kids what they liked most about Florida, I'm willing to bet they'd say it was Dawny's place and this souped-up golf cart. Each of them got to drive it around her property. Then they got to swim in the neighbor's pool which they all said was the best pool ever.
We went to Sea World right after lunch and after the first Shamu show, Dawn took us to see what is behind the stage area. The kids got to feed the whale some fish. Benjamin asked what would happen if he threw the fish in the water instead of in its mouth. Dawn told him to throw it in the water. She told him that she would have the whale go get the fish but not eat it so she made a couple of motions to the whale and sure enough, the whale brought the fish back and flipped it up to Dawn.
She showed us the eye and ear of the whale. The ear was not much bigger than a pin hole.
Dawn called for this whale to come over and then she automatically posed for my camera.
Look at that grin!
